The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office reports that 39-year-old Harley James Carlsen and 37-year-old Staci C. Carlsen of rural Mountain Home have been arrested on numerous counts of knowingly furnishing alcohol to minors and contributing to the delinquency of minors following an investigation into a reported underage drinking party that occurred at their residence on July 25th.
